Business Needs Addressed:

The client needed to build a HIPAA-compliant system which integrates with EHR System (Electronic Health Care) to secure communication in the healthcare industry. It was looking for an AWS partner with deep Security and compliance advisory and assessment experience to help them analyze its current applications and cloud infrastructure and set up a security operations team for ongoing support.

Trantor Solution:

For this engagement, Trantor Inc. provided the following solutions:

  • Trantor created an Integration app that will act as a bridge between EHR systems and the web application. Secured communication by implementing Secure Socket Layer and best-in-class security provided by Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
  • Database which can cater to a CMS and save the dynamically generated questions and their type. The response has to be held for these questions and later on reports to be generated out of it.
  • Web application to ask questions on the basis of previously answered questions with great flexibility.
  • Admin section for non-technical users to provide configuration to customize the system as per the practice’s need.
